(I begin) In The Name of Allah,
Most Gracious, Most Merciful

Our beloved Prophet Hazrat Muhammad Mustafa(Sallallaho Alayhay Wassalam) said:

"Whoever reads the Qur'an and acts upon what is in it, his parents will be dressed in a crown on the day of Judgment, whose light will be better than the light of the sun if it were in the houses of this world, so what do you think the reward of the person be who would (actually) act upon it? (meaning the reward of the child)" (Narrated by Abu Dawood, Hadeeth 1241)

Alhamdolillah! Regular Qur'an classes have been re-started. Children of all ages will be taught Qur'an with proper Tajweed(Rules of recitation of Qur'an), Qir'at, Masnoon Duaein and Sunnahs of our beloved Prophet Hazrat Muhammad Mustafa(Sallallaho Alayhay Wassalam) . Basic Islamic principles and pillars of Islam will also be taught to all age groups.

Separate arrangement is available for female students.

Parents / Teacher meeting is planned to be held last Sunday of every month at Woodland Mosque. Parents will get to meet the teacher and the school committe members on one on one basis. Kids of all age groups will recite Qur'anic verses and Masnoon Duaein. They will also show the audiance how to perform Vadhu, how to perform Salat and other basic daily routine in the light of teachings of Qur'an and Sunnah.

Hazrat Abu Huraira(RadiAllaho Ta'ala Anho) narrated that Rasool Allah(Sallallaho Alayhay Wassalam) said:

"Allah Tabaraka wa Ta’ala says when a person moves his lips for Zikr of Allah, I am with him" (Bukhari)

Alhamdolillah! During the winter months Sunday after Salat-ul-'Isha for forty-one minutes, Zikar-e-Allah(Subhanaho Wa Ta'ala) will be performed and precious Sunnahs of our beloved Prophet Hazrat Muhammad Mustafa(Sallallaho Alayhay Wassalam) will be taught during this dars. All Muslim brothers are encouraged to attend this weekly event to benefit ourselves and in return teach those Sunnahs to our families and friends...InshAllah!
